• Location scouting for the perfect backdrop (one final location included in session)

• Full pre-proposal planning and setup guidance

• Coordination with you (and/or anyone else you want involved in the surprise)

• Photo coverage of the proposal itself

• Candid “just said yes” moments right after

• A mini “Just Engaged” session following the proposal

If your partner is dressed for it and you’re feeling prepared, we can also turn this into an included engagement session right on the spot OR it can be booked for a different date.

The Process

01. Inquiry

Start by filling out the inquiry form (you can find the link at the top of this page).

Once I receive it, I’ll reach out via email so we can chat through your vision, go over details, and make sure I’m available for your date.

02. Booking

When you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over a contract and invoice.

A 50% deposit is required to officially reserve your date, with the remaining 50% due two weeks before your session.

03. Planning

From the moment you’re booked, we’ll start planning everything together.

This includes:

• Choosing the perfect location

• Picking the perfect time

• Planning any setup or decorations (if you want them)

• Coordinating the details of the surprise so everything runs smoothly

I’ll be available throughout this entire process to answer questions and help you feel confident going into it.

04. Proposal Day

On the day of, I’ll arrive early and be fully set up before you get there.

We’ll share locations so everything lines up perfectly, and once you arrive… It’s your moment.

After the proposal, we’ll capture those just-engaged moments and a few portraits before you head off to celebrate.

05. What’s Next

After the proposal, I’ll connect with your now fiancé and add them to your client profile.

From there, we’ll start planning your engagement session, and I’ll also send over my wedding information for you both to look through when you’re ready.

06. Ongoing Support

Even after everything is booked and planned, I’m still here.

Whether you have questions, need advice, or just want a second opinion—I’m available for you every step of the way.
